What is your order minimum?
You can order as little as one piece when using our digital printing (direct-to-garment). For our other decoration methods including screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, laser etching, and high-definition screen printing, a 12-piece minimum will apply.
What if I need a product or size not listed in your shop?

When will my order arrive?
Digitally printed garments will ship 1 – 3 business days after the order is placed. Standard screen printed, laser etched, and embroidered garments will ship 5 business days after the order is placed. Appliqué and high-definition printed garments will ship 7 business days after the order is placed. If you need an order before the specified ship date, please contact us to set up a rush order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted online. If you are a larger organization that is interested in seeing if you qualify for net terms, please contact us!
Do you offer online group ordering?
Yes, we make ordering for groups easy! A link will be set up for you to provide to everyone in your group, and from that link, they will be able to pay individually online. Once the entire group has paid, the order will be submitted and bulk shipped to the designated order organizer.
Do you offer customized names and numbers for team apparel?
We are a one-stop shop for all your team apparel needs! We can apply custom heat-transferred names and numbers for an additional charge on your team apparel orders.
For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order.
For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
Inkd Apparel goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Inkd Apparel accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Inkd Apparel merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.
Inkd Apparel’s orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact an Inkd Apparel representative. Rush orders on screen-printed apparel items are available for a 10% rush charge. Rush orders are delivered within 7 days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons.
